Responsibilities· Attends, organizes, and hosts meetings with representatives of student organizations to coordinate all efforts for potential upcoming co-sponsorships.
· Serves as direct liaison for co-sponsorships and interdepartmental student collaboration.
· Follows deadlines for planning, scheduling, advertising, and events.
· Creates annual goals and meets at least 3 times per semester with the Program Manager.
· Attends weekly Executive Board and Programming meetings.
· Manages co-sponsored events by creating a day of show sheets, interacting with groups upon arrival, and aiding in set-up and breakdown of the events.
· Oversees the budget for their particular area.
· Participates in annual ASLC Staff Training and annual ASLC Executive Board Retreat.
· Develop area-related procedures for manual as a future senior/junior coordinator position
· Makes recommendations for Co-Sponsorship procedural changes to the Program Manager
· Collaborates with other chairs to make suggestions for improvements on every aspect of the building.
· Maintains organization & cleanliness of the Program Office.
· Other duties as assigned – frequently include workshopping film nomination lists with outside groups, collaborating with PR to create marketing materials when needed, and event management. It may also include a learning skillset in another area to sub in for hours when needed.
QualificationsHigh School diploma or equivalent.
Familiarity with ASLC operations.
Preferred QualificationsLeadership experience.
Prior ASLC volunteering or Vice Chair experience.

Starting rate will be $13.00/hour.
