Role
As a Metrology Technician (also known as CMM Operator, Quality Control Technician), you'll be a vital part of our quality assurance team, providing CMM programming and operation to support our manufactured products. You'll perform inspections, first article inspections, and complete all required documentation. You'll also compile statistical data, write reports summarizing quality assurance findings, and work closely with our engineering team to resolve dimensional issues and develop root cause solutions for low Cpk results.

- 3+ years as a CMM operator, preferably in plastic injection molding and using PolyWorks.
- Advanced knowledge of CMM operations including setup, programming, and controls.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings (blueprints) utilizing GD&T applications.
- Experience with CAD (Autodesk Inventor), Excel, CMM Metrology, and PolyWorks.
- US Citizenship is required for ITAR compliance, must be English fluent in reading and writing.
