Responsibilities: - Set up and operate manual machines such as lathes, mills, and grinders - Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings - Use precision measuring instruments to ensure accuracy of parts - Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance - Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues - Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment Skills: - Proficiency in lean manufacturing principles and practices - Experience with Fanuc controls and programming - Knowledge of hand tools and their proper usage - Familiarity with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) - Proficiency in SolidWorks or similar CAD software - Understanding of tooling concepts and applications - Experience operating a lathe for turning operations - Knowledge of electrical discharge machining (EDM) processes - Familiarity with coordinate measuring machines (CMM) for quality inspection - Strong basic math skills for measurements and calculations As a Manual Machinist, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process.
