Currently searching for a CNC/Manual Machinist responsible for machining parts on both Manual and CNC machines.

- Set up operate and program CNC HAAS TL-2, HAAS ST-30 lathes and HAAS VF-2 Milling machines.
- Set up and operate ProtoTRAK Mills, also manual lathes and mills, drilling and tapping, sanding and deburring of final parts.
- Managing workflow, routine shop maintenance and other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
- Requires 3-5 years experience with manual lathes and mills.
- 5 years of programming and operating CNC machines.
- Ability to make parts from drawings and drawing files.
- Experience working with Stainless Steel, Urethane and plastics.
- Ability to program Haas CNC machines with CAMWorks.
- Files management skills and ability to open, load and save CNC programs.
- Ability to accurately track and report time on projects and able to meet priorities.
- Able to recognize and group parts together to maximize efficiency.
- Able to inspect parts, markup drawings as needed.
- Must have basic machinist tools necessary to perform job functions, calipers, indicators etc.
