Experience in developing computer numerically-controlled (CNC) programs for
· Composite Automated Fiber Placement
· Job involves, 5-6 axis programming, Drilling, Trimming, Automated fiber placement.
· Experience in Broetje, Brown and M-Torres Trim and drilling machining programming"
· Optimized CNC program generation from 3 axes to 5 axes using CATIA V5 software
· Tool path simulation, verification / validation and optimization using simulation software
– Vericut
· Creating setup/shop floor documentations
· Revise, update programs and documents based on FAI reports and engineering changes.
Mandatory Skills
· Expertise in CNC program generation using Catia V5 and verification using Vericut
· software
· Good knowledge in selection of various tool holders, cutting tools, boring bars, and
· inserts used on various machines.
· Experince in composite design, layup and manufacturing process
· Fair working experience in Catia V5 modeling and assembly
· Strong knowledge on drawing standards and GD&T
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Salary: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
Expected hours: 45 per week
