Job Description:

As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for setting up, programming, and operating CNC machines to manufacture precision parts according to specifications. You will work closely with our engineering and production teams to ensure that parts are produced efficiently and meet quality standards.

Responsibilities:

- Set up CNC machines according to job specifications.

- Program CNC machines using G-code or other programming languages.

- Operate CNC machines to produce parts to the required specifications.

- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to ensure quality and efficiency.

- Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards.

- Troubleshoot issues with CNC machines and make repairs as needed.

- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

- Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Previous experience operating CNC machines.

- Conventional machining experience is a plus.

- Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints.

- Knowledge of G-code programming language.

- Strong mathematical skills.

- Attention to detail.

- Mechanical aptitude.

- Ability to lift heavy materials.

- Excellent problem-solving skills.

- Good communication skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
