Bonus: Eligible for Quarterly Shop Bonus Plan! Night* and Weekend* shift eligible for $1,000 bonus paid after the first 1,000 hours worked.
Basic Qualifications
- Prior experience operating a CNC Mill or Lathe, Aerospace or Defense products preferred
- Data Analysis
- Good Organizational Skills
- Use of Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of basic hand tools
- Ability to understand machining processes
- Understand basic information in drawings and tool descriptions
Preferred Skills:
- Self-motivated to execute plans as directed by supervisor
- Able to clearly communicate any issues to other team members
- Critical thinking, problem solving
- Demonstrate excellent attendance
Requirements:
- Ability to stand, lift, bend, stoop, squat, sit and/or walk the majority of the shift
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds unassisted
- CMI Group is an ITAR regulated facility. Employees must be able to meet the US Person requirement

Pay: $21.00 - $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
