RB Machine Co is a precision machine shop that has been making tooling, fixtures, and gages for aerospace and defense customers for over 40 years. We are a small company of 15 employees that can offer health benefits and competitive salaries. We have multiple Haas Mills and Lathes as well as a manual mill and lathe department. We have our own grinding department and we are AS9100 certified.
We are looking for experienced CNC Machinists to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with operating CNC machines, setting up/programming CNC machines, and performing quality checks on parts. The successful candidate will be able to read blueprints and schematics, understand technical drawings, and have a strong understanding of the principles of machining. We are looking for someone who is reliable, organized, and detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines.
- Perform quality checks on machined parts.
- Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines.
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and other technical documents.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Follow safety protocols when operating CNC machines.
- Mastercam experience required.
- Able to work with others in a team setting.
Compensation depends on your experience.
Hours:
Standard Schedule M-F 6-2:30, currently running overtime schedule of M-F 6-4:30
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
