SalaryTWIN MRO, a growing, 100% employee owned turbine component overhaul & repair facility, is seeking a CNC Grinding Machinist. In this role, you will perform the setup and operation of CNC and/or manual grinding machines in order to complete overhaul and repair services on jet engine components within the aerospace industry.
The ideal CNC Grinding Machinist candidate will possess the following skills:
- Set up and operate complex ID/OD and/or CNC grinding jobs with minimal supervision ensuring parts conform to exact specifications and requirements
- Verify dimensions using standard measuring instruments such as micrometers, depth gauges, dial calipers, etc.
- Work from established practices and overhaul manual instructions
- 5+ years of experience in an overhaul & repair or high precision manufacturing environment is ideal
- 3+ years of experience operating ID/OD and/or CNC grinding machines
- ***Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
