Compensation:
$32 - $38 hourly
The expected salary range for the position is displayed in accordance with the state's law. Final agreed upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Perform daily inspections of construction/ project sites in NYC and NJ ensure compliance with building standards and project specifications.
- Concrete duties include testing of slump, air, unit weight, temperature and fabrication of test cylinders and beams in accordance with ASTM standards.
- These tests require the use of several equipment's instruments, including an air pressure meter.
- Prepares detailed written reports detailing findings, observations, and test results.
- Implement Atlas's health and safety policies and procedures.
Requirements
Technical Requirements:ANY OF THE BELOW:
- ACI 1
- ACI 2
- ICC Reinforced Concrete ICC Masonry
- ICC Structural Steel Welding Bolting
Other miscellaneous qualities:
- Must be able and willing to work some weekends and occasional overtime
- Must have strong communications skills and be computer savvy -and able to add and use Apps on a smart phone or tablet
- Ability to write daily reports
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must successfully complete background and motor vehicle record check
- Ability to follow Construction Site Safety Precautions
