Job Description
What we are looking for:
-Ability to program, perform set up, and inspections on CMM and optical CMM.
-Ability to read engineered drawing and verify parts are compliant with specifications.
-Conduct Quality Control at various stages of part production and final inspection.
-Record inspection data and report on AS9102 First Article Inspection Report.
-Recommend modifications to part for completion of quality part.
-Maintain the CMM and calibrated equipment to achieve optimal performance.
-Proficient in using Office Word, Excel, Outlook. Open to learning new software as needed to optimize work.
-Ability to discuss issues with customers and engineers to work through any issues in production.
-Ability to check parts with tight tolerance, high degree of quality, and tight timelines.
-Understanding of assembly components and their proper installation such as helicoils and dowel pins.
-40 Hour full time Monday through Friday. Schedule can be flexible dependent on work load and deadlines.

-Knowledge of alloys and material certificates for product acceptance.
-Three years related experience or equivalent training with Quality Control and CMM Programming skills.
