The ideal candidate will possess a commitment to quality and excellence, with a passion for staff development. This opportunity is created for a leader with a drive for high-level execution in the areas of safety, program quality, and operational effectiveness. Background and experience should include, but is not limited to: program development, staff training and development, planning, and resource management Prepare Youth for Success Plan and oversee the administration of designated Club programs and activities that support implementation of a high-quality youth program experience that drives career, homeowner, and start up readiness Oversee the provision of day-to-day program activities in accordance with established standards and goals; establish Club program objectives consistent with organizational goals and mission.
Ensure that members are encouraged to participate in a variety of program areas/activities that create a pipeline to Industry Clubs and Workforce Development engagement Program Development and Implementation Ensure the evaluation of Club programs on a continual basis and ensures programs/activities respond to member needs utilizing YPQA standards Cultivate relationships with program partners that add programmatic enhancements that complement regular program curriculum Assist Senior Leadership and program council in development program standards and evaluation program; providing technical assistance in program design, development, community relations and program operations. Control program and activity expenditures within approved budget Supervision Allocate and monitor work assigned to program volunteers and staff, providing ongoing feedback and regular appraisal. Identify and support training and development opportunities for assigned youth development professionals and program volunteers Oversee proper record keeping and reporting including activities and events conducted, breakdowns of daily participation figures, notable achievements and any problems/issues.
Ensure productive and effective performance by all program staff and volunteers Marketing and Public Relations Increase visibility of Club programs via posting of daily schedule, announcements of upcoming events and the dissemination of timely information for the development of advertising and promotion: Industry Clubs, 3C Sports, Club Experience, and Mental Health ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: May oversee special programs and/or events (i.e. Keystone, Youth of the Year and Awards Programs, Community Outreach and Activations), and/or participate in the implementation of other Club activities as necessary.
