The Operations Manager In Training position prepares an individual for the Operations Manager position. The job of our Operations Manager is to ensure that our members receive exceptional service from a happy, friendly staff in a clean and well-maintained facility. The OMIT position is responsible for weekend coverage during their training. They will have full responsibility during this time allowing the OMIT to work on their management skills. Operations Managers hire, train, develop, and supervise all Front Desk, Kids Club, and Janitorial staff, resolve all membership issues, manage payroll and supplies budget, responsible for facility management, and uphold company standards.
