We are building a squad of talented Cloud and Infrastructure Engineers who develop the capabilities that empower our application teams to build innovative solutions. As a member of our Engineering and Support Squad, you'll have the chance to:

Primary job responsibilities you can bring and develop include:

  • Programming and Scripting: Experience in scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Shell scripting, including the ability to write efficient and maintainable code to automate tasks and process data.

  • Automation and CI/CD: Understanding of automation principles and experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, including knowledge of tools like Jenkins CI and CloudBees CD to automate build, test, and deployment processes.

  • Containerization Technologies: Understanding and practical experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes, including familiarity with container deployment, management, and troubleshooting.

Position Qualifications:

Education Requirement:

  • High School Diploma required

  • Relevant certification or completion of equivalent program in areas such as Software Development, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering.

  • 4+ years of experience in IT field and/or related programs

Additional skills you can bring and develop:

  • Cloud Computing Platforms: Experience or familiarity with AWS cloud services or other cloud platforms, including knowledge of configuring and managing resources, understanding core services, and working with infrastructure as code.

  • Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Proficiency in infrastructure as code tools like AWS CloudFormation, Terraform, or Ansible, including experience using these tools to define, provision, and manage infrastructure resources programmatically.

  • Automation and CI/CD: Understanding of automation principles and experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, including knowledge of tools like Jenkins CI and CloudBees CD to automate build, test, and deployment processes.

  • Programming and Scripting: Experience in scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Shell scripting, including the ability to write efficient and maintainable code to automate tasks and process data.

  • Containerization Technologies: Understanding and practical experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes, including familiarity with container deployment, management, and troubleshooting.

  • Linux and Windows Systems: Familiarity with both Linux and Windows operating systems is beneficial.

  • DevOps Practices: Understanding and practical experience with DevOps principles, collaboration, and cross-functional teamwork, including knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git), agile methodologies, and working in an iterative, collaborative environment.

  • Networking Fundamentals: Basic understanding of networking concepts like IP addressing, routing, DNS, load balancing, and security principles, including the ability to troubleshoot network-related issues and work with virtual private clouds (VPCs) or other network components.

  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills used to identify and resolve complex technical issues, including the ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize systems and applications effectively.

  • Financial and Business Acumen: Understanding of financial concepts, cost management, and business operations, including the ability to analyze financial data, track costs, and make data-driven decisions to optimize spending.

  • Cloud Cost Optimization: Knowledge of cloud cost management and optimization techniques, including familiarity with cloud provider billing models, cost allocation tags, and strategies for reducing cloud costs without compromising performance.

  • Platform as a Service Solutions: Understanding and practical experience with PaaS solutions such as Tanzu App. Service, Cloud Foundry and Azure App. Service, including familiarity with deployment, management, and troubleshooting.

U.S. Hybrid Work Model

Effective September 5, 2023, employees in office-based positions in the U.S. will be working a Hybrid work consisting of three total days on-site per week, generally Tuesday, Wednesday and either Monday or Thursday, although the specific days may vary by site or organization, with Friday designated as a remote-working day, unless business critical tasks require an on-site presence. This Hybrid work model does not apply to, and daily in-person attendance is required for, field-based positions; facility-based, manufacturing-based, or research-based positions where the work to be performed is located at a Company site; positions covered by a collective-bargaining agreement (unless the agreement provides for hybrid work); or any other position for which the Company has determined the job requirements cannot be reasonably met working remotely. Expected salary range:

$83,100.00 - $130,900.00
