Eliot is seeking a Fee For Service Clinician to provide in-home, therapeutic interventions including individual, parent/child, & family systems solution-focused treatment. Experience in conducting bio-psychosocial needs assessment & supporting families with children displaying serious behavioral issues. You should also have sound judgment & effective, solution focused, problem solving skills.
Our Child, Youth and Family Behavioral Health Services encompass multiple service systems that include: Intensive Care Coordination, Family Support and Training, In-Home Therapy, Therapeutic Mentoring, Outpatient Counseling and Psychiatry, and other community based programming. Service delivery is collaborative, family driven and youth guided, with a focus on individual and family strengths, needs, and preferences.
Responsibilities:
- Provide in-home, therapeutic interventions including individual, parent/child, and family systems solution-focused treatment.
- Conduct a comprehensive biopsychosocial needs assessment for the child or adolescent and their family, which responds to the diversity of the individuals and families served.
- Take the lead in the development of a strength-based treatment plan and safety plan.
- Provide emergency response and intensive outreach to families in order to assist them in stabilizing children and adolescents within their home during a psychiatric crisis.
- Be flexible with work schedule to accommodate the needs of the families during evenings and weekends.
- Meet established productivity target.
- Collaborate with Emergency Services as needed, regarding clinical alerts or crisis response plans.
- Able to utilize innovative, evidence-based techniques and motivational counseling to inspire families and to increase treatment plan compliance.
- Guide the delivery of services, formulate treatment, and communicate regularly with the IHT Therapeutic Training and Support Worker concerning on-going client/family needs and progress.
- Coordinate treatment planning and aftercare services with other treatment providers, so as not to duplicate services and to foster seamless and consistent support.
- Participate in an inter-agency Systems of Care Service Plan with involved state agencies, outpatient therapists, court personnel, primary care providers, educational advocates, and others involved with the family, when indicated.
- Attend discharge planning meetings for any referral from a hospital inpatient unit or CBAT program.
Fee for Service hourly rate:
IHT Clinician -MA $35.27
IHT Clinician – LICSW $42.03
IHT Clinician – LMHC $41.03
