FLOAT NURSE PRACTITIONER
CleanSlate is a nationwide medical group providing office-based outpatient treatment for the America's crisis of addiction. Our Mission is to improve the quality of life for people suffering from opioid and alcohol addictions. We're accomplishing this by providing high-quality medication-assisted treatment (MAT) led by physicians and licensed medical providers, individualized mental health support, psychosocial support, and intensive care coordination with a wide network of community partners. CleanSlate has treated more than 100,000 patients in over 80 centers across the country!
We are currently looking for a Float Nurse Practitioner for our outpatient substance abuse treatment center located in MA! This position is based in any of our centers located in (State) and provides Tele-Medicine services to our centers that need additional coverage. This position entails the initiation and maintenance of medication assisted treatment primarily, but not exclusively for opioid and alcohol dependence.
