Our Client, a major medical devices company (a subsidiary of a major pharmaceutical and healthcare products company) is seeking several experienced research professionals for its medical devices group. The position is responsible for providing project management coordination and the timely tracking of study essential documents and ensuring completeness of the Trial Master File for assigned clinical studies.
You Must reside in the Boston, MA; Philadelphia, PA; Warsaw, IN; Cincinnati, OH market areas to be considered.
Candidates Are Not Required to Have Medical Device Experience.

Education
- A Bachelor Degree or Direct experience is required.
Basic Job Description
- Accountable for the timely tracking of study essential documents and ensuring completeness of the Trial Master File for assigned clinical studies.·
- Assisting study staff and investigators to effectively resolve issues relating to Study Files (Trial Master File and Investigator Site File).
- Responding to problems and assisting in implementing corrective and preventive actions
- Tracking of study activities (site visits, contracts, submissions, safety, communication etc.) and documents relating to such activities.
