SalaryA wonderful organization near Oxon Hill providing therapeutic services to children, adolescents and adults is searching for a Clinical Supervisor to add to their team. The Clinical Supervisor will provide supervision to a small group of interns as well as facilitate group and individual meetings and provide QA support.
We are offering a highly competitive salary for this 1099 position along with the opportunity to work as part of a highly experienced clinical team.
This is a remote position but the Clinical Supervisor must be an LCSW-C in the State of MD.
Responsibilities
- To provide documented individual and/or group supervision to licensed clinicians and/or student interns
- To review and sign all ITPs, and ensure that appropriate signatures are obtained;
- To conduct therapist orientations, along with Clinical Team
- To conduct periodic quality reviews of medical records in accordance with program policy;
- To hire and evaluate therapists assigned to work with consumers
- To identify the training needs of therapists and ensure that they receive documented training;
- To respond to clinical emergencies and assist therapists with crisis management;
Qualifications
- Clinically licensed in Maryland as an LCSW-C
- Minimum 3 years experience in a mental health setting
