Guild is seeking a licensed professional who is passionate about leadership, cultivating program culture, and driving mission delivery.
As the Clinical Supervisor you will be part of the Coordinated Health leadership team responsible for directing, guiding, and modeling quality services to our Community Access and Care Coordination teams. You will have the chance to work with supervisor peers as the clinical support for our Housing and Behavioral Health Home services. The Clinical Supervisor ensures the staff on these teams are fully trained, connected to resources, in compliance with statutes and regulations, and ready to deliver outstanding services to our clients.
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and supervision to assigned staff to ensure compliance with agency policies and standards.
- Provide supervision to team staff members with focus on providing services to clients according to their functioning level, readiness for change, and maintaining stability in their homes.
- Evaluate and communicate responsibilities and expectations to employees. Provide ongoing assessment of their performance through oral and written communication.
- Facilitate regular program meetings to discuss changes in client needs that might necessitate change in level of care, resources, etc.
- Assure that individual records are complete, reflect the service being provided, and meet agency standards.
- Develop and maintain relationships with social service providers, community providers, and county staff.
- Participate in local and state provider committees.
- Collaborate with staff in problem-solving and advocacy for clients with a goal of building staff skills and independence.
Qualifications
- The Clinical Supervisor must be a Licensed Mental Health Professional in the State of MN.
- 1-2 years of supervisory experience in the delivery of mental health, psychiatric rehabilitation, and/or health care services is desired.
