Job Description
Join a small, growing team of best-in-class BCBAs creating the gold standard for pediatric clients and their families. If you are a highly-skilled BCBA and believe there is an opportunity to further grow and develop your skillset as a clinician, we're looking for you. We are looking for self-driven candidates that seek to have integral roles in the development of an expanding private practice.
Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments, supervision, and parent / caregiver training for clients
- Maintain HIPAA confidentiality at all times
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures and represent the company professionally in all situations
- Implement treatment plans and track / collect data against goals
- Supervise and assist Behavior Technicians, Case Managers, and Parent Trainers
- Support internal curriculum and clinical resources to further develop empirically based intervention methods
- Support other critical functions like quality assurance, training, etc.
- Maintain 25 billable hours per week
Requirements
- Provide supervision and parent training across center-based, in-home, community-based, and telehealth environments
- Ability to efficiently use a Company iPad and Laptop for internal communications, data tracking, clinical notes, scheduling, and other applications that may be needed
- Ability to work in various indoor and outdoor environments, including in-home, community, school, and center settings

- Ability to handle aggressive behaviors and monitor movement of clients to ensure client and provider safety
- Pass TB test, immunizations, and background check
Experience and Qualifications
- Masters in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field required
- Valid certification as a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) required
- Bilingual in Spanish is HIGHLY preferred
- Interest and experience in working with individuals with disabilities
- Demonstrated passion for the field and helping clients and their families
- We are currently accepting applications for this role from individuals who reside in/near OC, LA, or IE, California.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $75,000 to $80,000 per year.
- Hybrid/ This position may require occasional in-person assistance when necessary.
