Clinical Scheduler

The Clinical Scheduler is primarily responsible for clinical scheduling of initial/re-assessment and regular therapy sessions, in addition to re-scheduling canceled sessions of patients seen for Speech, Physical, and Occupational Pediatric therapy. This would require understanding clinician availability and calling patients/parents/caregivers communicating those schedule plans or changes. While managing and overseeing overall clinical schedule. The Clinical Scheduler ensures that patients are seen in a timely manner by coordinating with the families and clinic staff.

Pay: $31,000.00 - $37,000.00 per year
