Medical Scheduler

Houston ENT & Allergy Clinic is hiring! We are seeking an experienced bilingual Medical Scheduler for our Central Business Office located in Sugarland.

Daily Tasks include but are not limited to:

· Entering patient demographics with attention to detail

· Scheduling for numerous clinics daily

· Confirming and rescheduling appointments

· Enrolling patients in the Patient Portal

· Collecting Insurance Information with accuracy

· Other tasks as assigned by administrator

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

· Must be a great listener and have excellent communication skills

· Applicant must be polished and present great phone etiquette.

· Experience in working in a private practice setting is highly desirable

· Applicant must have the ability to multi-task and have working knowledge of medical insurance terminology

· Basic Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook)

· Bilingual (English/Spanish) a MUST
