Integrative Emergency Services, LLC (“IES”) is looking for a Clinical Recruiting Manager to lead, develop and drive talent acquisition strategies to fill open positions at IES hospital partner locations. Responsible for supervising and developing a team of professional recruiters who drive the external Clinical Recruiting processes for the company and affiliate organizations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Include the following. Others may be assigned.
- Manage provider recruiting activities for assigned markets, service lines, and/or sites to include meeting and exceeding goals. Activities include but are not limited to: utilization of recruiting tools and technology, compensation surveys, assessing individual recruiting plans per contract, sourcing proactively, and matching candidates to multiple positions and service lines.
- Monitor, recommend, and implement creative, efficient, and cost-effective recruiting strategies. Manage and support the team to ensure positions are filled efficiently and effectively.
- Create appropriate dashboards to continuously track recruitment performance for clients/sites within scope. Participate in enterprise level dashboard creation and discussions.
- Analyze and report recruiting activity within scope of oversight to leadership.
- Provide ideas/recommendations to foster improvement in productivity, effectiveness, and service. Identify and drive process and system improvements to improve efficiency and/or provider/leader experience. Ensure that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhere to approved budgets. Refine and develop scalable processes to attract, evaluate and refer candidates for open positions through recruiting website, referrals, and other sourcing methods.
- Participate in the development and finalization of pay plans for assigned service lines and/or markets.
- Serve as a resource and mentor to staff recruiters in their recruiting efforts.
- Manage a recruitment desk while simultaneously managing and supporting the recruiting team members assigned. Identify training and development opportunities for staff recruiters.
- Work with the other functional managers within IES to ensure efficient credentialing and staffing of physicians (i.e. Enrollment, Credentialing, Scheduling).
- Attend on-site visits during startup phase of all new business as necessary.
- Ensure recruiters are following all developed processes and procedures.
- Manage Salesforce licenses to ensure licenses are adequate to support operational needs, ensuring the licenses are issued according to team member needs.

This position carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with guidelines, policies and procedures and applicable laws. Supervisory responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Education / Experience: Include minimum education, technical training, and/or experience preferred to perform the job.
Required:
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum five (5) years of recruiting experience
- Minimum two (2) years of supervisory or management experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Healthcare industry experience
- Experience with applicant tracking systems
