Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 + Bonus Program

Overview
- Assists General Manager in managing the entire restaurant operation
- Mentors, coaches and develops hourly team members
- Leads by example and enforces our standards of excellence for food and guest service
- Fosters and maintains excellent rapport with management staff, team members, vendors, and guests
- Drives sales and manages P&L
Minimum Experience & Qualifications = MUST HAVE
- 2+ years experience as a General Manager in a Fast-Casual / QSR restaurant
- 1+ years experience managing operations w/ $3M+ annual sales volume
- Austin, TX Area Resident w/ ability and willingness to commute to South Austin
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead and develop a team; exhibits initiative, responsibility, flexibility and leadership
- Financial Acumen: Proven knowledge of P&L, budgeting, forecasting and financial management, including experience in optimizing operational costs. Strong analytical skills to analyze financial reports, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and enhancing the overall customer experience.
- Adaptability and Resilience: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various aspects of restaurant operations simultaneously.
- Regulatory Compliance: Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices, with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Proficient in using restaurant management software and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Marketing: Experience in implementing marketing strategies and collaborating with marketing teams for promotional campaigns.
- Forward-thinking mindset, staying informed about the latest QSR and general hospitality trends and emerging technologies in the food service industry.

- Fluent English (speaking, reading, writing)
- Math and basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Vision and focus capabilities to view computer screen and company documents
- Ability to taste and evaluate food and beverage products
