• Flexible compensation, $70K-$90K base + bonus (total $150K)

What The Position is About:

• Oversee a team of 5+ sales reps to achieve sales targets and increase revenue
• Recruit, hire, and train the sales roster
• Coach, mentor and motivate the sales team
• Conduct check-ins and ride-alongs with the sales reps
• Lead weekly sales meetings
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and customer base
• Monitor sales metrics and performance, and provide regular feedback to the sales team

The Right Candidate Will Have:

• Sales management experience within the home service industry
• Experience recruiting and training new sales reps
• Tech savvy
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets & managing a successful sales team
