Our team is constantly evolving, so if you are among the intellectually curious, join us—and start making your impact today.The Specialist, within Metrics, Analytics & Performance (MAP) supports activities related to the development, delivery, & maintenance of a portfolio of metrics/analytics tools to support strategic decisions, improve planning/execution, and monitor performance across our portfolio, studies & processes within Global Clinical Trial Operations (GCTO).Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:• Supports team members with data analysis & visualizations related to tracking and performance metrics• Collaborates with team members to prepare communication and training related to releases• Collaborates with team members to assist in capturing requirements, development and testing• Under supervision, support responses to user questions and requests• Collaborate in activities related to team operational excellence• Support glossary and metric library requests• Collaborates with team members in training activities and development/maintenance of supporting materials• Collaborates with team members in promotion and change management efforts• Adhere to Client's development guidelines and processes• Support administrative activities and emergency back-ups
