Job description

This position qualifies for a Recruitment Incentive Package up to the value of $5,000 under the NSW Health Rural Health Workforce Incentive Scheme.  
This scheme recognises the role key health workers play in enabling the delivery of rural and remote health services, and aims to provide incentives over and above award entitlements, to attract and retain staff in these areas. 
 
Packages may consist of relocation benefits, a fortnightly Rural Retention Allowance, contributions to professional development and utility reimbursements, in addition to accommodation assistance.

About the role:
The Clinical Nurse Specialist - Grade 2 delivers complex specialist nursing care and leads the development of specialist clinical practice and service delivery to provide effective quality care for patients and clients with complex care needs. Working as part of the Sexual health team providing care to regional and outreach areas.
