Inventory Coordinator Compensation

• The pay for this position is $25.00 per hour, paid biweekly
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Inventory Coordinator Highlights

• This position is a W2 Temp to Hire assignment with conversion to permanent by 03/27/2024
• Location: Work will be onsite at a hospital in Lake Forest, IL (1000 N Westmoreland Rd) and Grayslake, IL (1475 Belvidere Rd).
• Work Schedule: 2 days/week (Monday and Wednesday). 4 hours at each site each day. They are ~20 min from each other, so a car is a must.

Inventory Coordinator Responsibilities

• Assembling racks
• Stocking cabinets, racks and shelves
• Inventory count and product verification
• Moving product
• Arranging and organizing medical products and medical supplies
• Filling bins
• Breaking down boxes
• Applies acquired knowledge and skills to complete standard tasks
• Readily learns and applies new information and methods to work in assigned area
• Maintains appropriate licenses, training and certifications
• Works on routine assignments that require some problem resolution
• Works within clearly defined standard operating procedures and/or scientific methods
• Adheres to all quality guidelines
• Works under moderate degree of supervision
• Refers complex unusual problems to supervisor

Inventory Coordinator Requirements

• High School Graduate or Equivalent Certification
• 1-2 years of experience
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft office (Word and Excel)
• Previous inventory management experience preferred
• Prior Healthcare experience preferred
• Credentialing through Secure with immunizations to include but not limited to, seasonal flu, covid 19, and others (OR approved medical/religious accommodation)
