Director for our facility located in Des Plaines, IL.
Crystal Home Health Care is a leading provider of Home Healthcare services in the Chicagoland area.

Clinic Director Responsibilities
- Direct, oversee and evaluate all nursing and home health care personnel (registered nurses,
- Coordinate and schedule the workload of each geographic location utilizing personnel to their
- Provide daily supervision of all intake, scheduling and clinical care to ensure the quality of
- Review and investigate the clinical content, diagnoses, medical history, medications, fee status,
- Manage and coordinate client discharge
- Appraise staff performance, provide teaching and counseling necessary to enhance the delivery
- Participate in community related functions as necessary.
- Assist with the orientation of new professional staff to familiarize them with agency policies and
- See clients in the home setting as needed.
- Review each nurse's schedule for recertification, discharges, and attendant supervisory visits.
- Review weekly schedule submitted by nurses for changes or updates.
- Fill out the client's re-hospitalization referral/admission form sheet daily and submits it to the
- Manage staff by review weekly reports of productivity, length of stay, hospitalizations,
- Perform other duties as directed by the Administrator or President/CEO of the organization
- Control budgets and monitor expenditures
- Resolve issues and deficiencies when needed
- Manage record-keeping procedures, participate in audits, U.R. interdisciplinary team
- Collaborate with other departments and professionals to streamline operations
- Report to upper management
Clinical Director Skills
- Proven experience as Clinical Director/director of nursing or supervising position.
- In-depth knowledge of hospital procedures and KPI/KQIs of patient care
- Understanding of basic budgeting and financial reporting
- Great knowledge of legal regulations and best practices in healthcare
- Willingness to keep abreast of changing standards in nursing administration
- Excellent ability to lead and develop personnel
- Great communication and people skills
- Outstanding organizational and stress management skills
- Aptitude in problem-solving
- Valid nursing and CPR certification
- RN license required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000 - $100,000.00 per year
