SIR Management Consultants, is a Consultancy Group of Specialized Mental Health Rehabilitation Facilities (SMHRFs) in Evanston and on the northside of Chicago. We seek Full-Time, Clinical Directors (Licensed Practitioners of the Healing Arts /LPHA). These are Full Time Roles with a Salary of Between $85k and $90k, Plus Full Benefits.
People with the following credentials are appropriate for this role: LCSW, LCPC, Licensed Clinical Psychologist, PMHNP, LMFT, Licensed Occupational Therapist with Master's Degree and Psych experience, or Psychiatric Physician.

Responsibilities of the LCPC/LCSW - Licensed Practitioner of Healing Arts (LPHA)/Clinical Director:
- Direct overall operations
- Hire, train and supervise staff, including MHPs, QMHPs, CRSs, and RSAs
- Experience with evidence based treatment including wellness recovery action plans, illness management and recovery, dual diagnosis, and trauma informed care
- Serve as a member of the leadership team
- Oversight of the implementation of treatment programs
- Oversee the assessment of all potential residents
- Provide clinical case supervision of all treatment personnel
- Develop and coordinate educational in-services
- Coordinate referrals of residents to services the facility does not provide
- Ensure adherence to Joint Commission and IDPH, OSHA, and other applicable standards
Requirements of the LCPC/LCSW - Licensed Practitioner of Healing Arts (LPHA)/Clinical Director:
- Must meet the definition of a Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts as defined by the Illinois Mental Health Code (LCSW, LCPC, Licensed Clinical Psychologist, PMHNP, LMFT, etc.)
- At least two (2) years of experience in direct care of individuals
- Three (3) years of supervisory experience preferred
- Demonstrated ability to act decisively and delegate authority
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
