Job description

Bethany Medical Clinic of New York is searching for a Director of Operations to join our team in New York, NY. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall operational aspects of the clinic, including the development and implementation of efficient policies and procedures, and ensure the quality of patient care. This position offers a salary of $120,000 - $150,000 and a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our patient’s lives and health outcomes. Responsibilities:

The responsibilities of the Operations Manager include:

  • Streamlining administrative processes
  • Engaging and supporting the clinical and administrative teams and building positive organizational culture
  • Improving financial stability
  • Ensuring compliance
  • Being a driving force for business development and implementing development strategies agreed upon with the CEO
Qualifications:

What we are looking for:

Educational Background:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as healthcare management, business administration, or a related discipline.
  • Many candidates hold a master's degree (MBA, MHA, or similar) for a more competitive edge.

Experience:

  • At least 3 years of experience in healthcare administration, ideally in leadership roles.
  • Experience in a senior management role within a healthcare setting is highly desirable.
  • Experience in a multi-specialty practice like dermatology and endocrinology is a plus.

References and Proven Success:

  • Strong references and a track record of success in similar roles or settings.
