Non-Clinical Rn Case Manager

SUMMARY:

• This is a managed care & case management role. No direct patient care is needed.
• This position is responsible for conducting medical management and health education programs for members on government health care programs.
• This role will include gathering, analyzing and providing data for regulatory reports.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Current, valid, unrestricted license in the state of Illinois. Will consider any of the following licenses:
  • Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
  • Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
  • Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW/LSW), or
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• 3+ years’ licensed clinical experience
• At least 1-year case management or care coordination experience or long-term care or managed care experience.
• PC proficiency to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, database experience and Web based applications.
