SalaryResponsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
- Perform data entry and maintain customer records
- Assist customers with placing orders, resolving issues, and providing product recommendations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Follow Call Center scripts and guidelines to provide consistent service
- Handle customer complaints or escalations with empathy and problem-solving skills
- Meet or exceed Call Center metrics, such as call volume, average handling time, and customer satisfaction ratings
- Energetic, positive, outgoing individual
Experience:
- Previous experience in a Call Center or customer service role is preferred
- Familiarity with medical office procedures and terminology is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are required
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a bonus
- Worked in a Dermatology practice for a least 1 year
- Worked as a front desk receptionist
Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally
- Proficient in data entry and computer navigation
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Knowledge of medical terminology is beneficial for handling healthcare-related inquiries
- Demonstrated phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Multitask in a fast paced environment, able to take incoming calls while also working on multiple different projects throughout the day

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
