Call Center Representative

The primary responsibilities include answering phones, scheduling appointments, and assisting patients with prescription refills, paperwork requests, referral questions, etc. Office liaison between our office and referring physicians offices. The collection of accurate patient demographics and various other areas of data entry as well as excellent phone etiquette. Mon thru Friday, vacation available as well as sick time and medical benefits.'
