Vital Care is a growing home infusion company that is opening a new location in greater Chicago area. We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative Account Executive to help the organization grow its infusion business. In this position you will be calling on hospitals, physician offices, and medical clinics to obtain infusion referrals including antibiotics, IVIG, biologics, and Alpha-1 therapies. As an infusion pharmacy Account Executive, you will be responsible for effectively applying promotional and selling strategies to expand company business opportunities and revenue.
Responsibilities include:
Maintain consistent customer relations for all targeted clients.
Cultivate new referral sources through prospecting and cold calling.
lWork closely with Vital Care Sales training team to develop routing based on Playmaker data for defined territory.
Follow & Implement creative Vital Care promotional sales campaigns and target marketing planning to increase market visibility for the brand.
Develop collaborative working relationships with all pharmaceutical counterparts and their respective therapeutic classes.
Collaborate with pharmacy operations personnel on a regular basis to ensure a proper flow of information between referral sources, patients, and the pharmacy.
Execute all target sales and marketing plans and strategies withappropriate attention to detail and timely follow-up.
Be responsible for achieving targeted sales goals on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Salary based per year depending upon experience and location and supplemental Commission Plan
