Relicus Medical Holdings, LLC is a healthcare Acquisitions and Management Company operating in the Wellness space, having already procured several acquisitions and established a Corporate Headquarters in Scottsdale, Arizona. The Company is founded and led by Dr. John A. Robinson, an Arizona physician with over 33 years of experience in Medical Wellness, and our Chairman of the Board, the world-renowned Mr. Daniel S. Peña, Sr.

Within five years, we will acquire 30 cash-based, retail wellness practices and related companies throughout a US footprint, all run by our centralized Management Company based in Scottsdale, with revenue goals over $100 million and EBITDA over $25 million, prior to seeking a trade sale exit.

Expectations:

• Immediately provide a strong leadership presence for the entire company.
• Immediately identify and analyze all current staff, replace and add personnel per an agreed upon Plan.
• Enhance current Controls & Policies.
• Create direct performance accountability for all managers and departments.
• Collaborate with the CFO on Budgets, and create accountability measures.
• Drive revenue for our current acquisitions.
• Establish immediate and long-term fiscal efficiencies for each acquisition and the Arizona based Management Company.
• Create immediate and long-term revenue goals.
• Directly manage the VP of Operations.
• Drive the Mergers & Acquisitions mandate for the Company.
• Understand our M&A Model and Deal Structure.
• Work with the Founder and CFO on deal screening and negotiation with Sellers.
• Strict accountability by the Founder and Board of Directors.
• Collaborate with the CFO and other Board Members monthly as required.
• You will office at our Scottsdale, Arizona Corporate Headquarters.
• Weekend work when necessary for the Goal.
• You must be willing to travel on a regular basis, for deal assessment and acquisition management, from coast to coast, based on our footprint.
• You will have a non-voting but collaborative Board Position with expected fiduciary responsibilities.

Day to Day Duties:

• Daily meetings and calls with the Founder.
• Maintain a daily understanding of sales for the entire company.
• Analyze P&L statements of current operations.
• Develop sales and marketing strategy and work with the Marketing Firm.
• Work directly with the Founder on operational strategy and M&A goals.
• Manage all key staff managers with accountability measures.
• Provide weekly and monthly reports to the Founder and Board of Directors.
• Attend Board Meetings.
