Attractive pay

• Base pay between $78,000 - $83,000
• Eligible for monthly/quarterly incentives

Territory

• Chesapeake, Virginia Beach, Norfolk areas

What you will love doing:

The Clinical Hospice Liaison is a clinical liaison position between health care providers to ensure continuity of care for patients transitioning from a facility to hospice environment.

Required:

• Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse or LPN license in the state of service.

Preferred:

• Previous hospice outreach experience
• One (1+) year successful sales experience within the healthcare industry.
