Job description

POSITION SUMMARY:

Come join a team that puts mental health and employee wellness first. Most Account Executive roles largely have the single function of maintaining positive relationships with accounts to retain and grow the business. This role allows you to both develop your business acumen and lean on your clinical expertise to directly support the mental health of our members and develop business relationships.

While a critical part of the position, roughly 20% of your time will be spent providing direct member care. This includes staffing the rotational In-the-Moment crisis call line or going onsite to our account’s location to conduct a clinical debriefing (Critical Incident Stress Debriefing (CISD)). This will include occasionally stepping in and supporting team members with their clinical responsibilities to allow them to meet customer demands or accommodate time off. In-the-moment calls come in intermittently over the course of the day, and CISDs come in randomly or through the rotating on-call phone that Clinical AEs are expected to staff.

This leaves significant portions of your day dedicated to other responsibilities that further support the Employee Assistance Program. You will build deep relationships with our accounts and become their primary point of contact addressing questions, researching complaints, and advocating for their needs. In addition, you will support them administratively through contract updates and renewals, annual plan reviews, marketing materials, and billing questions. Occasionally, AEs are asked to conduct mental health-related training or provide leadership consultations for their groups either virtually or on-site. On this team, we believe everyone is sales and works to actively shape relationships to encourage accounts and brokers to want to work with us and continue to bring us new business.

This role requires someone with a solid clinical knowledge foundation, the ability to foster mutually beneficial relationships, and a desire to learn account management. This person will need a caring and supporting attitude and an understanding that we all work better when we work together. This role combines account management and clinical oversight but requires creativity and a desire to break away from the norm. If this is you, we would love to have you on the team.
