Clinic / Office Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented clinic/office Assistant to join our team. As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support and excellent customer service. This position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and exceptional attention to detail.

```Responsibilities:```
- Perform general clerical duties
- Provide excellent customer support by answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing inquiries
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Maintain clinic supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Serve as a personal assistant to the office manager as needed
- Assist with special projects as assigned

- Prep clients and rooms for aesthetic treatments.

```Qualifications:```
- Previous experience in an aesthetic spa role preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate professionally and courteously
- Proficient in using FB, Instagram, and Tik tok for social media advertising.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to take initiative
- Knowledge of basic office equipment such as printers, scanners, and fax machines

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
