Clinic Manager

Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinic Manager to join our healthcare team. As a Clinic Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our clinic, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of healthcare services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospital or acute care settings, possess excellent leadership and organizational skills, and have a passion for providing high-quality patient care.

Core Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership:

• Organizes and monitors pharmacy management.
• Manage and coordinate all aspects of the clinic's daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Oversee scheduling, appointment coordination, and efficient patient flow.

Staff and Volunteer Management:

• Recruit, train, and supervise clinic staff and volunteers.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

Collaborate with leadership on budgetary needs.

• Efficiently allocate resources to optimize clinic performance.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and fundraising initiatives.

Community Outreach:

• Collaborate with community partners and stakeholders to enhance outreach efforts.
• Participate in public awareness campaigns to promote health education.
• Represent the clinic at community events and engage with local organizations.

Required Qualifications:

• Medical professional with a minimum of 2 years direct patient care.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinic management or healthcare administration.
• Knowledge of medical care processes, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Commitment to the mission and values of Tri City Health Partnership.
• Spanish proficiency is a very helpful but not required.
