Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinic Manager to join our healthcare team. As a Clinic Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our clinic, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of healthcare services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospital or acute care settings, possess excellent leadership and organizational skills, and have a passion for providing high-quality patient care.
Core Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership:
- Organizes and monitors pharmacy management.
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of the clinic's daily operations.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Oversee scheduling, appointment coordination, and efficient patient flow.
Staff and Volunteer Management:
- Recruit, train, and supervise clinic staff and volunteers.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
Collaborate with leadership on budgetary needs.
- Efficiently allocate resources to optimize clinic performance.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and fundraising initiatives.
Community Outreach:
- Collaborate with community partners and stakeholders to enhance outreach efforts.
- Participate in public awareness campaigns to promote health education.
- Represent the clinic at community events and engage with local organizations.
Required Qualifications:
- Medical professional with a minimum of 2 years direct patient care.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinic management or healthcare administration.
- Knowledge of medical care processes, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Commitment to the mission and values of Tri City Health Partnership.
- Spanish proficiency is a very helpful but not required.
