Responsibilities:
Leadership and Supervision: Provide leadership and direction to clinic staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
Operations Management: Oversee daily clinic operations, including scheduling, patient flow, cleaning, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency.
Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, protocols, and quality standards to maintain high-quality patient care.
Financial Management: Manage clinic budget, monitor expenses, and implement cost-saving measures while maximizing revenue generation.
Patient Satisfaction: Implement strategies to enhance patient experience, address complaints, and foster a patient-centered environment.
Inventory and Supply Management: Maintain adequate inventory levels of medical supplies and equipment, and coordinate purchasing and maintenance activities.
Collaboration: Collaborate with healthcare providers, administrative staff, and external stakeholders to facilitate seamless clinic operations. Ability to communicate and market at community events.
Data Management: Oversee the maintenance of patient records, billing systems, and other administrative tasks to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements to increase clinic efficiency and effectiveness.
Emergency Preparedness: Develop and implement emergency protocols to ensure the clinic is prepared to handle medical emergencies.

Proficiency in healthcare management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
