Your Role as a Clinic Concierge: As a Clinic Concierge, you are the voice and face of our physical therapy center. Your warm welcome, genuine smile, and exceptional customer service skills will set the tone for our patients' experience.

You will:

Create Memorable Experiences: Go above and beyond to ensure every patient feels valued, understood, and supported throughout their journey with us.

Anticipate Needs: Proactively identify patients' needs and provide personalized assistance, making their time at our center seamless and stress-free.

Build Relationships: Foster strong relationships with our patients, making them feel like a part of our extended family. Listen, empathize, and connect on a personal level to provide the highest level of care.

Collaborate: Work closely with our therapists, and administrative staff to coordinate patient appointments, answering phone calls, processing payments and ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Empathy, compassion, and a genuine desire to help others
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Previous customer service experience is a must!
• Previous customer service experience in a Physical Therapy Center... even better!
