What does a Home Health Clinical Manager do?

The Clinical Manager assists the Director of Clinical Services/Administrator in supervising home health services to patients in place of residence by physician orders and strives to provide the highest quality of care. Some examples include:

• Complies with accepted professional standards and principles
• Follows Agency policies and procedures to set an example for employees
• Maintains compliance with all Standard Operating Procedures
• Reviews clinical documentation and maintains current knowledge of all Medicare, Federal, Insurance, Company, and Hospital guidelines, policies, and protocols

What are some of the qualifications of a Home Health Clinical Manager?

• Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing and currently licensed in the state(s) in which practicing
• Two years of experience in nursing preferred
• Minimum of six months experience in skilled, geriatric home health care, required
• Proficiency in OASIS documentation, required
• Acceptance of the philosophy and goals of the Agency
• Ability to exercise initiative and independent judgment
• Ability to work with individuals to enlist the cooperation of many people to perform/achieve a common goal

What is the schedule for a Home Health Clinical Manager?

Full-time, Monday-Friday, In-office

**This is a salaried position with quarterly bonus opportunities**
