Clinic Assistant, Taxter Outpatient Clinic, Full-Time

Work Schedule: Monday/Wednesday/Friday: 9:00am – 5:00pm &Tuesday/Thursday: 10:00am – 6:00pm. Must be able to work 3-4 weekend days per year.

Responsibilities: Responsible for assisting therapy staff with patient treatments, compilation of daily statistics, maintaining inventory of supplies, photocopying materials, and assisting in maintaining physical environment and equipment. Other clerical responsibilities include answering phones, scanning and assisting with routine paperwork, co-pay collection, contacting new patients to schedule initial evaluation, future treatment sessions, and to confirm upcoming treatment sessions, as well as scheduling transportation for patients, and routine cleaning of therapy gym and equipment.
