CLIENT SUCCESS MANAGER - AVERCAST TECHNOLOGY

ABOUT THE POSITION AND OUR TEAM:
The Client Success Manager’s (CSM) primary objective is to ensure clients are RAVING FANS to protect and maintain Avercast revenue. This is accomplished through superior client relationship management as the Avercast Supply Chain Demand Planning and Business Analytics consultant. A CSM is a key component in matching the client expectations and needs to Avercast and TransImpact products and services to provide efficiencies and continuous improvement.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Close Avercast contract renewals to protect and maintain Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and current-year revenue.
  • Bridge the gap between Avercast sales, Professional Services/implementation, and customer support focusing on enhancing Avercast product value and strengthening customer loyalty.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the client post-implementation, ensuring clients experience positive time-to-value and utilization of their Avercast solutions.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business and drive timely engagement to maintain and enhance the strength of the client relationship.
  • Advocate for the client and help provide the highest quality user experience possible, minimizing client churn and increasing renewal retention.
  • Drive account expansion through Avercast and additional TransImpact business and SaaS upsells and add-on services.
  • Proactively look out for your customers’ business, suggesting new and innovative ways to keep them succeeding with their Avercast products.
  • Create and maintain client risk profiles and additional Client Success metrics as defined by Avercast leadership.
  • Job responsibilities and any other duties needed to help drive our vision, fulfill our mission, and support our organization’s values.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Direct and/or external industry experience in technology (SaaS preferred), minimum of 2 years.
  • Account Management/Project Management minimum 2 years.
  • Client issues resolution skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Mathematical and Excel skills.
  • Analytical analysis.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Self-starter.
  • Ability to execute Microsoft applications.
