The Client Service Representative is responsible for performing functions within the Operations Team, including new account setup, client data reconciliation, daily report reviews, and resolving issues while working within defined policies and procedures. The functions are time-sensitive and require a high attention to detail. The position requires effective communication skills and the ability to work with different groups and work styles.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in business, accounting, finance, economics, or related field.
- Series 65 preferred, not required.
- 3+ years of experience in the financial planning industry.
- Experience with Tamarac Reporting, Rebalancer, and AdvisorEngine CRM software preferred.
