- The Client Services Administrative Assistantis responsible forproviding professional administrative support to the Branch Manager to expand the bank’s client network, grow business, deepen existing client relationships, and generate new client referrals. Assures compliance with all Bank policies and procedures, as well as all applicable state and federal banking regulations.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinates meetings and calendar; community banking meetings, with setting up conference room, meals/menu preparation and event management for branch related events/functions.
- Center of influence in the community to initiate referrals and interdictions to the Branch Manager.
- Serve as a point of contact for neighboring businesses, institutions, and communities.
- Attend relevant events and activities to represent the Bank and build strong relationships with key community members.
- Monitor/screen and respond to incoming communication; distribute if necessary.
- Identifies opportunities to cross-sell bank products and services and generate referrals.
- Provide the highest level of customer service possible to all Bank’s employees, participant lenders, and to borrowers.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
- This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or associate degree (AA) or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
- Well connected to professionals in the Temecula region to initiate client referrals and introductions.
- Computer skills including Microsoft Teams 365, Excel, Outlook, and Word.
