Associate Attorney

A Law Firm in Roseland, New Jersey is seeking talented and motivated Associate Attorneys with 3-7 years of experience working closely with our partners to provide high-quality legal services to our clients in the following practices areas:

• Corporate - The ideal candidate should have a strong background in corporate law, with experience in mergers and acquisitions, tax, antitrust, real estate, employment law, employee benefits, securities law, and finance and commercial transactions.
• Municipal Government – The position involves all aspects of municipal government work and the representation of public bodies, including but not limited to work in public contracts and procurement, employment and labor, land use, and affordable housing. The work will involve research and the drafting of legal documents including resolutions, ordinances, contracts, agreements, and legal opinions.

Requirements:
Candidates should possess strong academic credentials, excellent writing, and verbal communication skills, as well as excellent drafting skills.
