Job Description
- Our CSRs are the first touchpoint to client interactions and provide exceptional customer service during every step of a visit to CCVS
- The CSR handles in person, email and telephone interaction, maintenance of veterinary medical records, accounts maintenance, cash processing, data entry, word processing and mail services
- Respond quickly and calmly to crisis while maintaining a high standard of client care
- Communication: Convey messages to clients and teammates to ensure successful patient and client care
- Patience & Compassion: Remain professional while still ensuring doctors, teammates, clients, and patients feel as comfortable as possible regardless of the situation or challenges presented
This position participates in weekend and holiday rotations.

High school diploma or equivalent and one year relevant experience
