Client Service Representative

### Job Summary:

Are you a people person? Does making others smile make you smile? We want you? We're looking to add a customer Service Representative to our growing family at Crossroads Animal Clinic 2-3 days a week. Receptionist experience preferred but we will train the right person! No weekends or nights required. Salary is based on experience and skill level within the listed range. ### Duties:

- Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about our products and services
- Assist customers in navigating our online platform and resolving any technical issues
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective account management
- Handle end-of-day reports and deposits
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently

### Requirements:

- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- An upbeat personality and ability to diffuse tense situations when necessary
- Knowledge of financial services or experience in a similar industry is beneficial
- Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft office tools (Excel and Word)
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
